The story revolves around Nora Grey, who currently attends Coldwater High with her friend Vee. During one of her classes the teacher, or I should say coach, suddenly had the idea of changing everyone’s seating pattern. She got partnered with Patch, a mysterious boy who she was weary of at first. But things start to change drastically.
Things in the past seem to vanish from Nora’s memory like nothing happened, and at first she thought of them as hallucinations. Then both Nora and Vee meet two more boys named Elliot and Jules who seemed nice and more tolerable than Patch.
Personally I don’t relate much to any of the characters but I can understand Nora’s confusion on if what is happening is real or if she might be going crazy.
If I would grade this book from 1 to 10 it would place a 6.5 because it was bending the words and tales of the Bible. The best part would have to be the middle part near the end in the Motel but I am a big spoiler so great measures are being taken to stop that behavior. My most hated part would have to be the name game and after. I mean come on I would just have called her a thousand names, followed her and the rest would have to be up to your imaginations. The changes I would like to contribute would have to be the end. I should just say this-it’s cheesy.
This book would be great for fans who like mystery, romance and a bit of suspense but could handle mature content.
