I chose Mozart because he is one of my favorite composers from the time I was in
orchestra. I also admired the way he didn’t give up when writing his last song. It is very interesting the way doctors would cure diseases. Apparently lack of knowledge can really make a difference back then. If only antibiotics existed! Then maybe Mozart would have finished his other compositions and many new masterpieces would have been born. But it is unfair the way they denied his wife to go to his grave. Not to mention the fact that she never found it.
It is very astonishing how doctors would always rely on leeches to cure everything. If it weren’t for that ridiculous myth then many people would have lived. And what’s worse is that the same procedure was used on infants and kids. I would be scared to death if anyone dared to attach a leech to my dear brother.
I have to admit, it is admirable the love his wife had for him. And that I learned a lot from this book. I hope there’s a continuation of the book. I would love to read the death of Michael Jackson.
