The story Border Town: Crossing the Line is about a girl named, Fabiola, trying to prove that her litter sister, Alexis, didn’t hurt a family friend. The main characters of this book are Fabiola and her sister Alexis. My favorite character has to be Fabiola because I can really relate to how she feels.
I can relate to Fabiola because I have dreams to leave my home town and experience new places, but my family is a reason I second guess my dream. I can also relate to her because she stays more in the back ground while her little sister is more outgoing and wild, and in my family my older brother is the more outgoing one.
I really enjoyed this book because it is something that I related to throughout the book. My favorite part of the book is when Fabiola tried to get a confession out of Alexis’ boyfriend. I wouldn’t change anything about this book because in my opinion it was every good the way it was written there isn’t a need to change anything. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to read about drama and about Hispanic culture.
