The Maze Runner is about a group of teenage boys who are living
at a place called the Glade. Outside the Glade there is a Maze and in that Maze there are monsters called Grievers. Thomas is sent to the Glade, but the day after he arrives a girl, Teresa, is also sent to the Glade. There is something different about the Maze, and Thomas, Teresa, Newt, Minho, Chuck, and Alby, are all trying to help the rest of the Gladers figure out a way to get through and out of the Maze.

I think I could relate to Thomas in some ways. Thomas wants to help his friends and doesn’t want to give up until he solves their problem.

I enjoyed reading the book. I felt like I could picture everything that was going on in the book and it was very intriguing. My favorite part of the book was when each of the characters revealed their fragments of memories from the Changing. I also liked the part where they finally figured out the puzzle to the Maze and were trying to escape.

I would recommend this book to everyone. It is an awesome book and well written. Anyone who enjoys a thriller or sci-fi related books would not mind reading this one.

This story is about Tom Raines who is a talented gamer that lives with his gambler father. Tom is then recruited by the Pentagonal Spire which is a military academy that trains young teens to fight in the current battle taking place, World War 3.  There he meets and makes some friends there who help him through future problem he faces.

I couldn’t really relate to the characters but I do have conversations like how Tom has with people. I thought Wyatt reminded me of someone I knew and other characters I have read about.  There personalities were almost opposite of each other’s but I found both likable.

I really liked this book. My favorite part was every part that involves Tom and his friend talking to each other because it was so funny and sounded like a normal conversation between friends. I don’t really have least favorite part in the book.

I would recommend this book because it was a fun easy read. I loved this book so much that I was already recommending it before I finished it. I think anyone who likes books that are creative and futuristic or just interesting books will like this book.
